Seller guide
Everything that separates a shop that sells from one that sits there.
Photographs
Worn photos are the listing. A flat-lay of a folded pair tells a buyer nothing they cannot get from a shop. Shoot the item on the body, in daylight if you can, against a plain wall or bed. Four to six photos is the sweet spot: two showing the item worn, one close on the fabric, one flat showing the full shape, one of the label or size tag.
- Daylight beats any lamp. A window at midday, no flash.
- Keep the frame tight and the background empty — it protects you and it looks better.
- Your face is never required. Crop above the waist if you prefer.
- Nothing identifying in shot: post, house numbers, mirrors, name tags.
Titles that get found
Buyers search in plain words. Put the concrete facts in the title, in the order someone would say them: colour, material, style, size. “Black lace thong, size S, worn 2 days” or “White cotton bra, 34B, worn 3 days” beats “Something special for you 😘” every time — for buyers and for Google.
Descriptions
Answer the questions before they are asked: how long it was worn, what you wore it for, fabric, fit, whether add-ons are possible, how fast you ship. Three short paragraphs is plenty. Write like a person, not a listing template.
Pricing
Look at what comparable items are listed at, price near the middle, and let wear time and add-ons carry the premium rather than the base item. Very low prices attract time-wasters; very high prices need a reason stated in the description.
Shipping
- Vacuum-seal or double-bag, then a plain padded envelope. No branding, no printed marketplace name.
- Use a return address you are comfortable being seen — a locker or PO box is normal here.
- Post within 120 hours, and photograph the sealed parcel before you hand it over. That photo is half your defence.
- Upload the receipt the same day, while it is still in your hand.
Getting paid
Publish your payment instructions once in shop settings — buyers see them the moment they order. Ship after the money lands, never before. Commission accrues on your balance and only needs settling at €10.00.
Your link is the asset
Your subdomain is the thing to share. One address, always current, holding everything you have listed. Put it wherever you already have an audience — it works as a whole storefront, not a single post that scrolls away.
